Last updated: 5 September 2026 A is for App is a family-run indie studio in Australia. This notice covers this website —aisforapp.com — and how we handle information when you
visit it or get in touch.
Using Suvadu? Suvadu is our product, and it collects different things for different reasons. Its notice is separate and more detailed: Suvadu Privacy Notice. We keep them apart deliberately. Someone reading a marketing site should not have to wade through the workings of a product they do not use, and a Suvadu customer deserves more than a paragraph.
The short version
- We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not ever.
- Analytics are off until you accept them. Decline and nothing is sent.
- We do not know who you are unless you email us or complete a survey.
- We have no accounts on this site. There is nothing to sign in to.
1. What we collect
If you just read the site
Nothing that identifies you, unless you accept analytics.
If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics records which pages youview, which sections you scroll to, and which links you click — page_view,
section_view, footer_click, sticky_bar_click,
manifesto_statement_focus, survey_cta_click. Google receives your IP address
as part of that, which is how any web request works.
If you decline, none of it is sent. Declining is a real decline, not areduced-tracking mode.
Regardless of your choice, our hosting provider records ordinary web-serverinformation — the pages requested, timestamps, and the IP address making the
request. We use it to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
If you complete a survey
Surveys are hosted by Tally, a third party. Whatever you type goes to them
and to us. We ask for opinions, not identity — but if you type your email into a
free-text box, we will have it.
If you email us
We keep the correspondence, because that is what email is.
What we store in your browser
- Your theme choice (light or dark).
- Your cookie decision, so we stop asking.
Neither identifies you, and both stay on your device.
2. What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your information.
- Fingerprint your browser, replay your session, or track you across other
sites.
- Serve advertising, or share anything with advertisers.
- Set analytics cookies before you say yes.
3. Rhys AI
Rhys is a product we are building. Its page is information only — it
collects nothing, has no form, and has no account. If that changes, this notice
changes with it, before the product ships rather than after.
4. Who else sees anything

That is the entire list for this website. Suvadu involves more, and its notice
says so plainly.
5. How long we keep things

6. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete
it. Email hello@aisforapp.com and we will
respond within 30 days.
To withdraw consent for analytics, decline the cookie banner or clear your
browser storage for this site, and nothing further is sent.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR,including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your
local supervisory authority.
If you are in Australia, you may complain to us first. If you are notsatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
at oaic.gov.au.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect
information from them.
8. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change is
material — if we start collecting something we do not collect today — we will
say so on the site rather than rely on you noticing.
